The flat is in a big old Georgian house, with loads of character. It's on the first floor, has big sash windows and is surrounded by trees. The room isn't massive but it's cosy and bright, with a comfy bed. There's space enough for a wardrobe, desk and bookcase too.
The living room is big, and a really comfy and welcoming space. An excellent sofa and chair are accompanied by a round table, bookcase, drinks cabinet, xbox and tv. Some pretty good plants too.
The kitchen is ok, electric hobs unfortunately, but everything else works fine. There is a tumble dryer which is a great bonus.
I'm a chef and therefore not in as often as I'd like. I'm pretty relaxed and tidy. Don't expect me to cook all the time but do expect me to be good company and an easy going housemate.
