Looking for a roommate to live in a 2 bed flat as my current flatmate is moving to another city. The flat is in council tax band C and rent is currently £575 pcm per person, with bills between £150-£200 pcm per person on top of this.
The room is a double room, which will have full use of the flat’s bathroom as I currently stay in the bedroom with an ensuite. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the flat. The building has a roof terrace and communal garden.
I am a working professional, who works from home part time. I enjoy a quiet night in, but also like to go out and explore the city. I am generally a tidy person and will always pull my weight in cleaning shared spaces and other chores.
