Hello I am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom flat in Chorlton.

The room is large, with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The flat has a good sized bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is separate to the large living room. Bills are included except for electricity which will be split equally. There is a small car park at the back of the building.

The location is great - 2 mins walk from the nearest bars (Font, Mary & Archie’s) 4 mins from the local shop or unicorn. The tram stop is about 8mins walk (Firswood/Chorlton) and there is a bus stop right outside.

I am a 34yo professional. I stay at my boyfriend’s house most of the time so you will usually have the place to yourself. When I am in I like to relax, watching tv, playing netball or out with friends. I am tidy and respectful and expect the same back from my flat mate.
