Welcome, we are looking for a new chill housemate to join our friendly group. We are relaxed, open minded people who like to take care of our home.

The house is a spacious size in a residential area, conveniently close to central Manchester and 15 minute walk into Chorlton. Ideal for students and young professionals it has many travel options close by; regular buses, trams and good bike lanes. Its also within easy walking distance of supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. This is a great place to live and we get a lot of interest when rooms become available so please register your enquiry soon as possible. We are really looking for someone that leans towards the long term so if you want a great place to live and 3 new friends give us a message.

The contract is for 12 months, and is rolling thereafter.

Council tax is band B and is included in rent.
