I am looking for someone to take over a fixed term rental agreement, due to personal circumstances unable to move in. All separate rental agreements. Lovely room in a house in headlingly, it is a 5 bedroom house with shared living area and bathroom - 4 uni students two girls and two boys living here already. All are very friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy, bedroom has a wardrobe, double bed, drawer unit desk and chair, plenty of storage space. There are two modern bathrooms one with a shower. The kitchen has plenty of storage and freezer space, as well as cupboard space and washer drier. The living room has a dining area and wall mounted TV. The rent includes unlimited bills inclusive package of electricity, water and internet. House is very accessible with a bus route directly into the city centre, train station close by. .
