You can expect a lot of laughs with my lovely friends in leeds. Amazing kind people and a privilege to hang out with. They cant do enough for you.

We all study at Leeds Trinity University, but even if you are planning on another uni we would be happy to have you.

We love to laugh, eat good food and go out on the town, but we also love sitting in and playing video games, exercise and general hanging out.

The house is right in the middle of the student district of leeds and is a stones throw from bars, resturants, gyms and the train station. It is also 2 stops away from the city centre if you want to go shopping or see the sights.

We are looking for somone whos tidy, outgoing and enjoys a laugh. We all enjoy sport and excerise when we can so someone whos likes that would be good however this is by no means essential. We want a team player so we can be fair with all the food and drink aswell as general living around the house.
We dont want any trouble makers or anything of the sort. We just want a good person to live with and who can have a good time.

The Land lords are really nice and always do there upmost to help. Unique Properties (letting agent) who hosts the contract are a short walk form the house so if there are any issues you dont have to go far.

In light of the recent COVID 19 Pandemic, All details of contract can be discussed, sorted and signed over the phone or email with no face to face contact required. This will be done through me and Unique Properties Directly.

The house is modern and full equipted with dishwasher, washing machine and big fridges. We have a big living room with a big TV and comfy sofa's aswell. Each room has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. We also have a spair detached bathroom on the middle floor. We Have a small front garden and parking is free and permits can be applied for any time.
