Apologies that there are no photos. The house is not furnished yet, but ready for July 2021, it will be furnished into a perfect shared house!

The house is a 4 bed, semi-detached.
It has a garage, 2 parking spaces and a garden.
One room is available on the bottom floor, and one room is available on the middle floor.
On the bottom floor, there is a toilet, a large modern kitchen (including a pantry), a living area, and a conservatory.
On the middle floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one is a single that will be used as a study or second communal area), and a bathroom including a bath.
On the top floor is the attic.

The house is situated ideally for students (especially those studying at Leeds Trinity), as it’s just a 5 minute drive, or a short walk to the bus stop and then 5 minutes from there on the bus. For students studying in Headingley or Leeds, but prefer the outskirts of the centre, it is also perfect, as the bus stop into town is a 3 minute walk from the house, and a 30 minute bus journey, or by train, only a 10 minute walk to Horsforth station and 12 minutes into Leeds Centre or 5 minutes into Headingley.
It is also ideal for young professionals working in the LS16 area, nearby, in town or places easy to travel to by train or bus.
Tesco Express is 7 minutes away on foot, Asda is 20 minutes walking and 5 minute drive, Horsforth centre is 20 minute walk away which is thriving with pubs and bars.

I’ll be living in the house, so a small introduction could be useful😂I’m Emily, 18 and currently living in Horsforth, and studying Philosophy and Psychology at the Open University. I’m sociable, friendly, clean and quiet (when needed). I have dogs that will regularly be in the house, so pets are allowed😊
The other tenant is also a girl, 18 and studying at Leeds Trinity.
It would be amazing if our house were all friends and open to getting to know each-other!
