Hello, Liam here - single 30 year old living in Greenwich and working in the City. I grew up in Sussex, went to uni in Brighton and spent 4 years working in Singapore. I enjoy eating and drinking good food & drinks, surfing, kitesurfing, wake-boarding, sailing, travelling, technology and failing terribly at trying to play the guitar. I am very easy going, chilled out, open minded, enjoy getting out of the city to the coast and I am partial to a few late night drinks and the occasional party.

Hoping to find a flatmate with not too dissimilar interests who is occasionally up for sharing meals, drinks or a party but also enjoys their privacy.

About the room - it’s a cosy double bedroom in a two bedroom riverside apartment on the seventh floor.

The apartment includes a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom; south facing balcony with superb river views; private gym, swimming pool and tennis court. There is secure underground bicycle & motorbike parking which is free of charge and car parking spaces which can be rented. There is also a private/secure storage space in the basement for suitcases, boxes, etc. The living room and kitchen are both well equipped with cooking utensils, TV, sofa etc. The bedroom currently contains some random furniture which I am planning to put on Gumtree to make space for a double bed, hanging space, etc.

To keep things simple, bills and the cost of a cleaner who comes every two weeks are included in the price.
