Hi all,

Great double bedroom with own bathroom in a flat overlooking the Thames available!

So my currently flat mate has unfortunately decided to move closer to family in North London and i'm looking for someone to replace them.

The double room and bathroom in the pictures will be for your sole use, and we will share the open plan kitchen and living room.

The bedroom has a wardrobe included in the pictures and a large storage cupboard as well as a side table.

The balcony has space for a table, chairs and I have a bbq there as well.

I only need 1 months deposit, and one month of rent on your move in date, and would prefer for someone to stay for longer than one month but open to discuss if need somewhere short term.

The move in date is the 1st of August 2019

About the area, it's a very friendly, safe area overlooking the Thames, there is a Waitrose 5 minutes walk away and a Sainsbury;'s around 3 minutes away. Greenwich park and market are around 10 minutes walk.

The Cutty Sark DLR is only 10 minutes to walk to (Bank in 20 minutes) and Deptford Station is 12 minutes walk (7 minutes to London Bridge).

About You -
Looking for friendly, clean, tidy and easy going flatmate. Ideal for someone looking to locate centrally, preferably a young professional.

I would ideally like someone who is willing to stay longer than 2 months, my current lease expires at the end of November but I would be really happy to stay if someone will join me!

Happy to include bills which will be circa £100 a month and so total price for everything would be £875 (council tax, electricity, water, internet, TV licence, heating),
