We are looking for a new housemate to join our home. We are a relaxed household and like to spend time with each other in the evenings and often cook together or play board games as well as going to the pub for dinner or quiz night but also value each other's privacy and like to have time to ourselves as well. I have a geeky side and like to play pc games and chill at home but at the same time enjoy going out with friends drinking at the weekends. We keep the house fairly tidy so looking for someone who is tidy and clean. We like to socialise occasionally and have small dinner parties with our friends and would love someone who would be keen to join in with us. We have a dog (very well behaved and very chilled) So someone who is keen on dogs is an absolute must haha. We are a house of three people. My partner Tatiana and I, work in the video industry and our other flatmate Ellie is a civil servent.

Our house is right next to Greenwich Park and it is less than a five-minute walk from Greenwich DLR/Train station. The house is in one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in central Greenwich.

The house is a Georgian Grade II listed house, it has four floors and it is 1650 square feet with 4 communal rooms and a garden. The house has two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The shared bathroom has a traditional freestanding bath right in the centre of the room and is huge. The garden is a typical walled London back garden with plenty of room for outdoor gatherings and meals. We have a great BBQ and a large garden table that comfortably sits 6-8 people. The dining room sits 10-12 people. The sitting room has a 4K television, a gas fire and a Sonos surround sound system. The house has a communal office with a large antique pedestal desk and it is equipped with Sonos speakers in every communal room. We have Virgin Fibre internet around 250 mb/s. The bedroom heating is individually operated via a thermostat in the room.

The bedroom is a really large double bedroom (everyone has said it's much larger in person than in photos) with a queen-size ottoman bed with tones of storage underneath, a walk in wardrobe and brand new ensuite bathroom. It is fully furnished and all bills are included.
