--BEDROOM--
Lovely sunny (west facing) double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows to rent for single occupancy.
Room comes with a large bed (double), wardrobe and 3 chests of drawers.
You'll have access to a large balcony with seating area from your bedroom. You can see a peek of the river as well as the O2 arena from the balcony.

--BATHROOM--
Bathroom is for your own use (as our bedroom has an en-suite). It's large with bathtub, plenty of space in the mirrored cabinets.

--LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN--
Living room/kitchen area is spacious, all amenities (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender etc.)
Living area has a comfy sofa and a big TV as well as a second balcony (east facing) with a lovely view over Greenwich. Balconies are on the opposite sides of the flat which creates a nice breeze on hot days!

--ALL THE EXTRAS--
-GYM
Development has a well equipped 2-floor gym available 24/7 to residents (different cardio machines including Concept2 rowers, treadmills bikes etc, dumbells, kettlebells, mini studio area with mats, steps, bosu balls as well as traditional gym machines).
- BIKE STORAGE
Each block has own locked bike storage
-CONCIERGE
There is 24/7 concierge service available (taking all packages etc.) and well maintained nice green areas between blocks.

--CLEANING AND BILLS--
Flat is bright and clean, with a cleaner coming fortnightly (included in bills). We also had carpets professionally cleaned last week.
Bills come up to around 300 to split between all of us (but there's room for negotiation here).
This includes fast internet (hyeroptic), Sky Sports, Amazon Prime and Netflix.
Ideally we'd like to rent to one person, but we will also consider couples - rent might be adjusted in that case.

--COMMUTE--
Bus stop (188, 422, 108) takes you to North Greenwich or Cutty Sark in about 5 min. Otherwise it's about a 20 minute walk to those stations.
Maize Hill train station is a 12 minute walk from the flat - trains to London Bridge (10 min), Cannon Street (12 min).
You can also cycle to the tube station in around 5 minutes.

--LOCAL AMENITIES--
Grocery shops: Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury's are a short walking distance from the flat, as well as small independent organic fruit&veg shop, Italian deli
Few nice local pubs around: Meantime Brewery, Pelton Arms and Cutty Sark (great fish&chips and outdoors sitting area by the river).
Restaurants and cafes: Rivergarden Cafe (amazing coffee and breakfasts), Midpoint (great middle-eastern cuisine), and all the chain restaurants at the O2.

--YOUR FLATMATES--
We are Ania and Lyon - a couple in our early thirties, we both work professionally and enjoy chilled evenings with Netflix as well as a night out once in a while.
Lyon is a football fan, so you'll have a buddy for watching all the games if that's your thing (but don't worry, we have a tv in our bedroom so can kick him out :D).
Ania prefers doing sports so if you are looking for a workout partner, she'll be happy to join!
