👍 We have two lovely double rooms in a friendly professional house share in Canary Wharf, just on the waterfront. One is a full ensuite and the other has a private balcony. More details below.

THE HOUSE
🛋️ The house boasts a large kitchen, dining area overlooking canary wharf and a spacious living room. Sit back and enjoy the sofas & HD TV - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.
💰 All bills are included, so there is no need to worry about paying for council tax, electric, gas, water or wifi. We also have a regular professional cleaner.
😍 There is also an amazing patio on the waterfront for summer days & an additional communal balcony!

THE AREA
🚇 Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee Line) is only a short 8 minutes walk & Blackwall Station (DLR) is 9 minutes walk. There is a Tesco 5 minutes away and a large Waitrose nearby in Canary Wharf.
🍽 If you are a foodie, there are 40+ eateries around the Wharf with our favourite being The Gun Pub (3 mins away!) which has amazing view over the Thames and has some fascinating history with the notorious Admiral Nelson (Battle of Trafalgar).

THE ROOMS
🛁 Room 1: Spacious bedroom with a full private ensuite. Bedroom comes complete with double bed & mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. The room has french style doors that open out on our amazing waterfront patio. All our rooms have bedroom locks and all bills inclusive.

😍 Room 4 - The largest room in the house with its own private waterfront balcony! The room comes complete with double bed & mattress, huge sliding wardrobes (great if you own a lot of clothes!), chest of drawers and a desk can be provided if needed.

THE HOUSEMATES
We do our upmost to bring together housemates that will gel well together and be of similar age and are overall 'good people'. This is why we rarely have rooms come available and many recommendations.

A little about the housemates:
👧 Rachel, 27 - Works in recruitment. Loves going to gym and enjoys walking. Like tor read, watch films and TV series. Socialising with friends.
👦 Cameron, 24 - Completed a degree in computer security. Enjoys, weightlifting, socialising and going out for drinks.
👧 Emma, 26 - Works as a physiologist and enjoys socialising, loves volleyball and loves discovering new places.
👧 Daria, 20 - Studied acting, very easy going and loves cooking. Plays volleyball and enjoys kayaking. Also loves dancing.

ABOUT PRIME LIVING
We specialise in quality houseshares and creating groups of like-minded, friendly houseshares. We can do viewings via whatsapp/skype and in-person.
