Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for another flat mate or couple to occupy the second bedroom in this 2 bed flat in Canary Wharf - the Water Street Development. Both bedrooms are of equal sizes and are both en-suites.

The rent also includes access to the Third Space gym in Canary Wharf - a 5 minute walk away, which is normally £175/mo pp. The building is pet friendly, and also includes several amenities such as a roof terrace, garden, screening room as well as WFH spaces throughout the building. The rooms are also all fully furnished.

We’re looking to move from March, but are flexible with the dates. Let me know if you’re interested! I’m 26 years old, born in Portugal but spent most of my life living in Canada and currently working as a Paralegal. My boyfriend is 32 years old from the UK and is currently working as a trainee solicitor. We’re both outgoing, people, but respectful of other peoples spaces.
