Student flat so not very beautiful but nice enough and very good location.
2 full time flat mates (both 26) - young professionals - very warm and friendly, interested in music and clubbing so likely noisy on the weekends.
I'm moving in in a month so it is currently unlived in with lots of cupboard and shelf space.
Shared bathroom and kitchen but bedroom available is on different floor, so there is some privacy.
Nice view from bedroom over back gardens.
Warm with no mould or dampness.
Good water pressure.
Space for bike downstairs.
Duration flexible.
Looking for anyone easy going, but if you want complete silence all the time maybe not the best place for you.
