THE ROOM IS NOT AS SMALL AS IT LOOKS. I’m sorry i did not take proper pictures and the mess is not ours but sorry about that too, it is a single room with a single bed but could fit a small double if you were interested in changing it, has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and the house has plenty of storage places. We can’t do any more viewings but have plenty of videos and pictures if you’d like.

House has 2 bathrooms one upstairs with. Bath and the downstairs one has a shower.

Moving in date is 17 of September but we need to sign the contract in the next 3 days so if this sounds good to you feel free to message.

House has a big kitchen, living room, HUGE garden which is a plus in London, bus stop 225 less that 5minutes away and 10-12 mins walk to both new cross and new cross gate station.
