hi, i live in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in canary wharf, right next to the crossharbour dlr station. the flat has wifi , and usual amenities. I have been living in the flat for 10 yrs , so the house has all the necessary amenities. kitchen is separate from living room , and is well furnished including a dishwasher , microwave, washing machine and dryer.. there are 2 bathrooms , an ensuite and the other one (since i am planning to rent only 1 of the rooms, you will have sole access to the main bathroom).

As for the flatmates, it is me and my wife who stay in the ensuite bedroom.
there are 2 other bedrooms

The location is the best selling point... its one of the most secure locations, right next to the dlr station (u can literally jump of the building wall and get in the dlr).. there is a tesco metro right downstairs, and a nuffield gym in adjacent building which has a pool too. apart from that there the shops include some breakfast cafe's , drycleaners, etc.. there is also a 24 hr asda in literally less than 100m. a barclays cycle stand downstairs. restaurants downstairs include an indian, and a chinese restaurant on the boat, an italian pizza place.. btw .. the apartment block is also next to the river , so very beautiful around.. other restaurants include a turkish, subway, an english, a steak house and a lot of others + canary wharf underground station as well as shopping mall is less than 8 min walk (abt 600 m).. which has a zillion other eating options.. and ofcourse good shopping and a waitorse too.. there is also a cineworld in walking distance (if u are a movie buff or have a cineworld card)..
Abt the rooms.. the double is about 12*14ft and has a wardrobe, double bed , chest of drawers, chair etc .. about the single room : although a single, it is big enough to fit in a double .. but abt 12*10 ft , with a bed , side tables, chest of drawers , wardrobe , chair etc.
Rent is £700 (including bills) for the single and £800(including bills) for the double.

photos here shows the single room, the double room is very similar just slightly bigger and has a double bed. we are not planning to rent out the other bedroom , so you will have sole access to the bathroom.
