I have a lovely bright room available for rent Mon-Fri. There’s a balcony off the living room and access to a shared roof terrace with a great view. The flat is very spacious and modern, with underfloor heating and there’s a secure bike store.

I work reasonably long hours, including occasional travel and tend to be out a bit during the week- though more often at yoga classes than wild nights out! When I’m home I’ll often be cooking, and have my boyfriend over a couple of nights a week (or go to his leaving you the flat to yourself).

There’s no smoking in the flat and I’m looking for someone clean/ tidy but am pretty easy going to live with. I’ve previously let the room full time but am ideally looking for a part-time option now to give me a bit more flexibility and space.
