The Room/Property:
A two bed, two-bathroom, first floor flat in the Millennium Quay development near to Greenwich town centre. The room on offer is the smaller of the two in the property. The room shares access to one of the property’s two balconies with my own room.

The kitchen has all of the usual appliances other than a dishwasher and opens onto the spacious lounge from which one can access the property’s second balcony. The property has a small storage room and an underground garage with bicycle storage (underground car parking is an additional cost). If required, you can get a parking permit to park your car at street level in the Millennium Quay development at no additional cost.

All bills are included in the price.

The Area:
This is a quiet and secure residential area located right next to the Thames. Greenwich is incredibly picturesque, with numerous pubs, independent shops, a market and a park.

Travel Times:
Nearest supermarket (Waitrose) – 5 mins walk
Greenwich/ Cutty Sark DLR station – 10 mins walk
Canary Wharf – 20-25 mins by public transport
London Bridge – 35 mins by public transport
Bank Station – 35 mins by public transport

Who I’d like to live with:
Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

A few things to note:
I am merely the current flatmate, not the landlady. I have got involved in helping the landlady find a new tenant in the hope of finding someone that I get along with.

A cleaner is not included in the price of the room.

The landlady will require proof of funds and ID if you are serious about the room.
