The built-in wardrobe in the room is intended to fit a double bed in the middle; the bed in the photos is king size which is why it’s not in the correct place. With a double bed, the room would also fit a large desk easily.
The current flatmate is a 32 year old creative, often works away. Looking for someone friendly, liberal, and sociable to take over the room.
Some of the furniture in the photos will be different, as some pieces are from the flatmate moving out.
The house is a 30-second walk from Brockley station and comes with a parking spot (though the existing flatmate has a car so normally uses it) and a garden. There is off street parking in the mews.
The room is ready to move in the second weekend of December - 7/8th. The new tenant would need to be added to the contract and undergo referencing which would take about a week. It’s £50 to add a person to the contract.
