Hello Everyone,

Due to a housemate moving out we have a double bedroom coming free from the start of April until the end of June.

This large house is a minute walk from Brockley Station so very good links to central London.

COST -
£800 a month rent
All bills total around £140 per month

THE ROOM -
A good sized double room with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and desk.

THE HOUSE -
The house was recently refurbished so all spaces have a modern feel and everything is in fantastic condition. The shared spaces are very spacious including a large open plan kitchen/living area, a garden and a garage.

The shared spaces are furnished including all kitchenware + appliances and even a dining table that turns into a pool table/table tennis table. We also have outdoor furniture, a dart board + BBQ in our garden.
You’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

THE PEOPLE -
Myself and the other housemate James are looking for someone to move in who is tidy, respectful and sociable.
We are both professionals in our mid-late 20s who enjoy most sports, music and a few drinks in the evenings.
We both work in the events industry so we’re away with work/other commitments from time to time but when we’re both home we’ll often cook, watch TV or go to the local pub quiz.

We also have friends in the area so the new housemate will need to be happy with people coming round every so often at the weekends. You’ll of course be welcome to have people over too.
