I'm shortly selling my lovely ground-floor flat but am offering `a short term rental (0-3 months) in the interim. The flat has a sofa, kitchen table and seats, a bed and light fittings (but not much else hence listed as partly furnished). Bills to be paid seperately to rent. The flat is in council tax band B. The area is amazing and whilst the flat needs a bit of TLC, it'll make a cosy temp rental. The garden is massive but not as lush as the photos, which were taken last Summer!
