I’m relocating back to my home country so try to find someone else for this lovely home.

Located on the 28th floor, amazing view directly from your bed! You will have a double ensuite bedroom with its own bathroom.

Literally 2 mins walk from the building to the tube station. 17 mins DLR to Canary Wharf or 8 mins train to London Bridge.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my current flat mate, 22 years old male graduate student from goldsmith University.

He is organised and willing to build a friendship with my roommate.

The tenancy ends on Oct but you’ll be able to sign a new contract with the landlord.

The landlord has its own app so it’s very easy and quick to request any maintenance!

Utilities bills:
Electricity £30-40 per month per person
WiFi £5 per month per person
Water £5 per month per person
Council Tax £55 per month per person (or £0 if you’re a student)

If anyone can take my tenancy from at least April to Oct (6 months), I’m happy to cover your WiFi & Water & part of the Council Tax bill!

IMPORTANT: 5 week’s deposit is required to DPS (deposit protection service) and will be returned to you at the end of tenancy
