The property:

I am looking for someone to move into the second room in this modern and looked after 2 bed in an amazing building / warehouse that was renovated a few years ago.
High ceilings and a lot of natural light!

The room isn't huge but it comes with a lot of extras, such as: concierge service, co-working space with cafe + projector, parcel delivery room (incl. fridges for food shopping deliveries...!), safe bike storage room, underfloor heating, modern kitchen w dishwasher, balcony, large shared rooftop right outside the flat with amazing views of London, etc. Bills are £130 pcm.

Really close to Deptford High Street and New Cross, close to Greenwich and Cutty Sark, + a 15 mins cycle to Peckham and Canada Water.
Shared with one other (me).

The room:

Furnished, bright, large double with balcony access! It comes with a bed, desk, built in wardrobe & mirrors and a small shelf unit.

The household (= you and I):

I am currently working full time, partly from home / downstairs.
While I am social and love going to things, I as much need my flat to be a quiet, tidy and 'safe' place to recharge, therefore looking for someone who respects / understands that (no parties / afterparties etc.). This will be more of a lodger agreement but you obviously have access to all communal areas etc.

I am ideally looking for a professional (potentially also open to a PhD / mature student, etc.), ideally over 25.
It's short term so I will require one month's rent upfront, thank you!

Location & transport:

New Cross is just a few minutes walk, Deptford High Street is a 10 mins walk, 3 mins if you cycle - even if you haven't got your own bike, there are plenty Lime bikes around all the time. Greenwich / Cutty Sark and Peckham are a short cycle or bus ride away .

New Cross Station: overground to Shoreditch / Dalston, trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street

Deptford Station: trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Kings Cross (then further to Luton etc.) and Woolwich

... a little further you have Deptford Bridge (DLR to Stratford and Bank) and New Cross Gate (overground and trains to Dalston / Highbury, Islington, London Bridge, Crystal Palace, West Croydon, etc.).
