Hey Hey!

Subletting my lovely double room on New Cross Road until February. Right at the bottom of Telegraph Hill, only a few minutes walk from the big Sainsburys and ten-minute bike ride from Peckham.
I am currently travelling around Mexico so you'd be sharing the flat with my three lovely roommates. We are a creative household - film, photography and gallery work.

Whether it's grabbing a pint after work, going to the park to play frisbee or going to a gig, if you are cool and open-minded, we'll get along! We are also an international household - Spanish, Italian and Romanian - open to share our culture. We do not tolerate any sort of discrimination.

The flat consists of four double rooms, a shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as a communal garden on the bottom floor which you can access from a metal staircase from the kitchen (giving SATC). We share a staircase with the neighbours who are young creatives as well - whom we often share a coffee and a ciggie with.

There is a separate small room where I left my stuff that can be used as storage as well !

We are looking for a respectful, open-minded person, preferably creative but not a requirement, who is both open to chit-chat in the kitchen as well as respecting each other's individual spaces. Message me and tell me about yourself ! <3
