📍 A nice two-bed flat right next to Fordham Park and 5 minutes to both New Cross and New Cross Gate Overground stations. New Cross Gate is also on the Night Tube.

🏠 The flat is a new build with amenities, such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, underfloor heating. There is also a shared terrace area that has a beautiful view of central London and of Fordham Park.

🛏️ The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the living room will be furnished. The communal bathroom would mostly be yours too, as there is an en-suite.
