Hi! We're Caroline & Pradeep. We are a professional, friendly couple looking for some lodgers/flatmates. We are ruled by a benign feline overlord, Midnight.

We live in a three bedroom maisonette (1970s construction Refurbished in 2020s, Council Tax Band D). We welcome collaborative people who like to balance a bit of socialising with getting their own space. Some of our favourite topics of conversation include: politics, nature, our cat and the arts.

Our home is cosy, warm, relaxed and peaceful. You would be welcome to make use of all our communal areas. The rent is inclusive of all bills. We can provide bedding if useful.

We want you to feel at home even though it's a short term let. We want good communicators so we can all share the space happily.

We are on main bus routes and near Docklands Light Railway. Walking distance to Greenwich, Canary Wharf. We are near the river Thames and Mudchute Farm. It is possible to take a boat nearby into the centre, or going East.

Important information:

If you are a couple and interested in the double room, the cost would be £1,400 per calendar month.

We are in the adoption process. We are renting out our two fully furnished rooms to prepare for our adoption leave.

From April 2025 a requirement of our adoption agency will be to police check lodgers (Enhanced DBS) and anyone staying with us, and possibly speak to them to ensure we are safe to live with! We welcome people who are happy to help us with this and will of course pay for any associated costs.

The rooms will be available until approximately end of September 2025 with possible extension, of a month or two.

Single Room - 28 April - 18 May and 2 June - 30 Sept

We can arrange storage for luggage in the May period if the same person wants to stay for both periods.
