I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent out a bright big double bedroom in Brockley/ St John’s. The bedroom is a blank canvas to make it your own but if you need help furnishing it please let me know.

The rest of the flat has been tastefully furnished and is very spacious, split over two levels (bedrooms & bathroom on the lower ground level). Upper level has a well equipped kitchen (new dishwasher and double oven) and living room with TV. There is a big garden space outside which is great for BBQs and relaxing in the warmer months.

The location is excellent, 5min walk to St John’s, 10min walk to Lewisham or a 15min walk to Brockley overground. You will also be one minutes walk from Brockley Farmers market which is on every Saturday. It’s a lovely community vibe.

I am 34, Australian & have lived in London for over 7 years. I work in the office 5 days a week but am open to someone who works from home a few days a week. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who wants to make this their home and to create a good vibe.
