I am moving out of my flat in Deptford and we are looking for someone to take over the room.
It’s in Vive Living apartments which are warehouse apartments that have been redone and modernised. It’s a 13 minute walk away from Deptford high street and a 12 minute walk to New Cross train station.
The room is so lovely and light with an absolutely huge window. You would have your own bathroom and the kitchen/living space is really spacious, also with a huge window!
You would be sharing with Jess who is a musician, easy going and fab to live with.
There’s a roof terrace which has an amazing view over London, a working space downstairs with a cafe, a bike lock room and a concierge.
The room is available now and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. There is no problem with couples being in the room, and we're looking for someone over 30.
These photos show the room before there was furniture - there is furniture in the kitchen/living space, but not in the bedroom. The carpeted room is the bedroom, the one with the wood floor is the kitchen/living space (the photo is taken with the person's back to the fridge, countertops etc)
