Hi there!
I am looking for a replacement for my lovely room, the house is split in 3 floors so you will share the bathroom just with one person, kitchen and living room upstairs and other two rooms with their bathroom upstairs.
The room has the parking behind, I will send you an entire video of the floor just drop me a message; the area is very quiet and peaceful close to the riverside.
The landlord increased our rent of 2.5% from July so it will be slightly increased but super worth it for the house and will be every 15 of the month, bills are around 90 per month (council tax, WiFi, electricity and water)
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions, I’m available for viewings every evening after 6pm.
