Hey! We are looking for someone to take over the 3rd room in our lovely ground floor Peckham flat. We are 22 and 23 year old girls, super clean and tidy, and love living here. We are in a band together (rehearse in the front room so you have to be ok with that!), love a night out (gigs, pubs) but also enjoy a chill one at home, and both work in the day.

It’s a great flat (2 toilets, garden, lots of storage space) and a nice room. Keen to meet anyone who is interested!
