Double room in 4 bedroom flat available to rent now, in November.

📢 The rent amount of £750pcm includes everything apart electricity, and house supplies.
Electricity bill comes up at the end of each month and it depends of the season, could be between £35 and £120 per person.
Amount for house supplies is shared every 3 months and it’s around £10 for each flatmate. We get the stuff like: toilet paper, kitchen towels, sponges, washing up liquid for dishes, dope for communal areas, descaling, surface cleaning-sanitizer and WC gel.

🔑 The deposit is £650 on hold and it’s returned at the end of the tenancy.

Flat it self:
- Located in really amazing area, between 3 metro stations- Caledonia Road, Holloway and Tufnell Park. As well it’s quite close to King’s Cross, 35 min walking.
- The flat surroundings are quiet and peaceful.

- It is a 3 floor flat, so, there are some stairs to DO every day.
- There are 2 fridges in the kitchen, a dining table and all other equipment you would need or not.
- Near the kitchen you would find a tiny sitting room.
- ..2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and a lot of stairs to do again:)..
- We are lucky enough to have a front and a back gardens here too; bike parking spot; 2 or 3 little parks around the area with the cafes. Famous Hampstead Heath Park is reachable just in 20 min of walking as well!

You would share this flat with 1 female & 2 males in their late 30s’ and 40s’ who are simple & nice people.
