I am the landlord, but we a looking for a tenant to share with 2 girls (aged 24/25). The room is available from 1st November onwards.

Opposite CITY UNIVERSITY, the flat is located just outside the financial district, closest tube stations are Barbican and Angel, but also with great bus links to the West End. The flat is in a high rise building with stunning views over London, there is also a Concierge office downstairs.

The room to let has got a double bed, chest of drawers, a sofa that unfolds into a sofa bed and a bedside table. The kitchen is the communal area, and has got a washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom has got a tub and electric power shower.

Overall quite spacious with lots of storage space. Carpet flooring in the bed room, the flat is warm and dry!!!! Rental cost are £800 for the room, which includes heating, water and broadband. The only additional cost is electricity (approx £5-10 per week) via pre-paid meter
