One of the rooms in our house is freeing up, so we're looking for a new housemate aged between 28-33.
We’re a social house who like watching tv shows together, going for a drink after work and having a chat in the kitchen while we cook or get Deliveroo. But we also enjoy our own space after a busy day of work. Our house is ideally located - it's just over 5 mins walk from Angel station and around the corner from Exmouth Market. We’re looking for someone like minded who is clean and tidy, if this sounds like you please get in touch!
The house is really spacious; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x showers, 3x toilets) and a massive living room and separate dining room plus a large utility room in the basement.
The bedroom is on the top floor, and it'll come with a double bed frame, bedside table and a chest of drawers. Potentially a double mattress too but TBC.
The rent is £900 a month - all bills included (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax and a cleaner who comes twice a month).
Looking for someone to move from March 19th but we need someone to sign the contract by February 17th. The contract is for 1 year but we get it renewed each time (there’s all the usual checks with the estate agent when you first sign).
If we sound like a good fit please get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We tend to get a lot of messages but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We're doing viewings this week and at the weekend (15th/16th).
