Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly new housemate to take a bright and spacious double room in our three-bed Camden flat. We're situated a few minutes from Regent’s Park (perfect for morning runs), and the flat spans two floors, with two bathrooms, a shared kitchen/living area, and a private garden. Rent is £1,100 per month, inclusive of all bills and a monthly cleaner (covers gas, electric, council tax, and internet).

The current contract will be for 6 months, as the landlady is considering selling the property in summer 2025. Depending on the progress of the sale, there’s a possibility to extend the tenancy beyond this period. This short-term situation is part of the reason why the flat is such a great deal for the area, so it’s perfect for someone looking for an affordable room in the heart of Camden!

The Room

This generously sized double room is located on the ground floor at the front of the house and comes with access to its own bathroom. It’s fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, plus there’s plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat has a relaxed atmosphere, and I’m always up for hanging out, watching TV, grabbing food, or heading out for a pint when I’m not working!
