Looking for a new roommate (student only) to share a flat located in the best location ever.
The flat has 1 kitchen + 2 rooms + 1 bathroom and it is in a reasonable condition. The flat has no living room but there is enough space in the kitchen where you can have meals and hang out. The kitchen has washing machine, electric cooker and big fridge/freezer also there is WIFI in the flat.
The flat is 2 min walk from Holborn station and in walking distance to Convent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, St Paul and many more exciting places of London. The room has a good size closet in the wall, new mattress, new wardrobes and it has a very good quality curtains to ensure light is blocked for better quality of sleep. There is a Double glazed window so the flat is quiet and is warm during the winter. All bills plus heating and hot water are included in the rent also the flat is on the 1st floor with a lift.
