Hey house hunters!

Gen, Joe and Saradia are looking for a flatmate to move into our great four-bedroom house in the heart of Islington.

Our flatmate Sam is sadly moving out, so we’re looking for a male flatmate (aged around 29 - 35) to replace him and contribute to the house vibe. No couples or pets sorry :(

The house:
The house is a Victorian conversion set over three floors, with plenty of space throughout. There is a huge open kitchen / living area which is great for socialising and dinner parties. We also have a garden, which is amazing for the summer season, BBQs and parties!

There are two full bathrooms in the house, which means no queuing in the morning.

The house is just off of Essex Road in N1, and is amazingly located close to the canal, Angel, De Beauvoir, Dalston and Highbury & Islington.

We have a nice set-up to work from home and there is space to store one cycle in the house.

The room:
The room is at the front of the house and gets loads of natural light with a big south-facing window that looks out onto the street. It’s super spacious and comes with a king-sized bed, desk, and plenty of storage with a large wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers.

About us:
You will be sharing with three easy-going and social flatmates:
Saradia is 29, and she is from NZ, and works in education research.
Gen is 30, and she is also from NZ, and works in crypto.
Joe is 29, and he is from the UK and works in software engineering.

We are all friends, and enjoy chats in the kitchen and the odd weekend away together. To relax we enjoy cooking, movies & documentaries, mountain biking, surfing, football, cycling, long walks and gigs. It's a pretty chilled, respectful and social house and we're looking for someone with the same vibe as us. We love our home and want a long term flatmate to be a part of it, and not just a place to crash at night.

Bills & move in date:
The room is available from 2nd March, but we can be flexible for the right person (ie flex a few weeks either side of the 2nd March).

We have a contract with our landlord on OpenRent, and he is really great and responsive! The new tenant will sign a new contract with us.

Rent comes to £1100. The deposit is £1000.

Bills are on top, and come to around £170 per month per person, which covers energy, electricity, council tax, wifi, shared household items (cleaning products, toilet paper etc), and a fortnightly cleaner.

Viewings:
If you're interested and would like to see the house, please drop us a line saying a bit about yourself and we will be in touch soon.

Due to the large amount of interest, we’ll be holding 15 minute virtual 1:1 meets on the 11th of Feb. If you’re a good fit and you are interested, we’ll then have you around to view the house on either the 16th or 17th of Feb.

Really looking forward to hearing from you!
Gen, Joe & Saradia
