I'm moving out of my flat and I'm looking for someone to take my lease.

The room will be available right at the start of March. It’s a double, and the rent is £900 per month. Except for WiFi and Council Tax (Band C), the bills are included and the house is fully furnished.

The flat is in an amazing location- 10 minutes walk from King's Cross St Pancras, 5 min to Mornington Crescent underground, 10 minutes walk to Camden Town station. It is just off of Camden High Street so super close to lots of shops and restaurants, with a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, and M&S all within 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect for anyone looking to make the most of this city!

Who you will be living with: Joanna (27F) is PhD student in Mathematics who is very into gym/fitness and backpacking. If you haven´t seen her in a few days, she might very well be in a random country. Wissem (25M) just moved to London from Paris, and he enjoys pub crawling and football. Big Chelsea fan, but don't worry, he's a pretty cool guy.

Looking for a friendly and chill housemate who can get along with the current tenants.
