Hi!

I am moving out of my flat end of Feb / March and looking for someone to take over the tenancy until September.

The girls currently living in the flat are all studying on the same course doing Textile design and on their final year. There is Lillie (23), Ruby (22) and Alex (22) who all have part time jobs in a nearby coffee shop, small plates restaurant and an independent retail store. They are all outgoing, sociable and enjoy a chilled night in as much as a night out, followed by a morning coffee!

They would love a like minded, tidy, outgoing person to spend time with, and it’s really important to the girls that they can be friends with the person who moves in as well as housemates.

-4 double bed flat
- Washer and tumble dryer
-1 large bathroom (and seperate individual shower as well)
-5 minute walk to Canonbury station
-10 minute walk to Dalston
-15 minute walk to Highbury and Islington
-Lots of nearby coffee shops,
restaurants, and pubs/ wine bars
