Flat is 830 sq ft spacious 2 bed flat which is furnished with semi-open planned kitchen living area, shared bathroom and a separate toilet. It is west facing where the living room gets plenty of sun pouring through. It is located just off Holloway Road with a 6 minute walk to Holloway Road or Caledonian Road tube station and 9 minute walk to Highbury and Islington tube.

The property is jointly owned by my brother and I where we have lived together since December. I will be relocating to Sydney, Australia in April so will be sadly moving out of the flat, leaving my room available.

The room is spacious. It is furnished with an ottoman double bed, desk and desk chair suitable for working from home, shelving space and bedside table.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, easy going and sociable. Ideally a young professional aged 22-32 who would move in for a minimum of 2 months but maximum of 4.
