We are living in Amsterdam and have a room available to let in our two bed property.

We are looking for a single person in their 30’s/40’s, to share with our other tenant Scott who works in photography, (a very friendly guy in his mid 40’s really into yoga) to take up this room in a very convenient location.

We do still have our belongings there (not in the bedroom!) and the house is fully furnished. There is room in the lounge but any storage outside of the bedroom is full, and the kitchen only has space for food and nothing else - it's fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and 2 ovens.

We also have a cleaner included in the price (every two weeks) as well as all bills. We have an additional sofabed for guests in the lounge, with bedding and towels available (both the bedroom and spare). We also have bedding for the bed, including a spare set for rotation (quilt/pillows included), plus towels available.

We don't have Sky but do have Freesat on our 55 inch flatscreen tv. There are no pets at the property.

The property is a cosy maisonette with an outside terrace. It's part of a Victorian conversion and there are no neighbours above, only below.

It’s In a central location-great transport links and close to green spaces such as Hampstead a Heath and Primrose Hill/Regents Park. Camden is a short walk away.

You have Kentish Town tube station 10 mins away, which also has a train station (Thameslink). You also have other overground (Gospel Oak & Kentish Town West) stations & bus stops 5-15 mins walk away (Central/King’s Cross/Paddington).
