We are looking to rent our room, whilst we currently live in Amsterdam, three months is the minimum then rolling after that. We currently rent our spare room to a very friendly guy in his 40’s.

As we are renting on a short term lodger basis and not the whole property, we do still have our belongings there (not in the bedroom!) and the house is fully furnished.

I also have a cleaner included in the price (every two weeks) as well as all bills. We have an additional sofabed for guests in the lounge, with bedding and towels available (both the bedroom and spare).

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 ovens and lots of space.

We don't have Sky but do have Freesat on our 55 inch flatscreen tv. There are no pets at the property.

The property is a cosy maisonette with an outside terrace. It's part of a Victorian conversion and there are no neighbours above, only below.

It’s In a central location-great transport links and close to green spaces such as Hampstead a Heath and Primrose Hill/Regents Park. Camden is a short walk away.

You have Kentish Town tube station 10 mins away, which also has a train station (Thameslink). You also have other overground (Gospel Oak & Kentish Town West) stations & bus stops 5-15 mins walk away (Central/King’s Cross/Paddington).
