Hello, I am looking for a student to takeover my lease for the summer in a very student-friendly accomodation, from end of May to beginning of September: 20th May 2025- 6th September 2025. This is due to finishing university so i will not need to be in accomodation :)

Affordable rent: £235 per week (very good price for an iQ accomodation, and the lowest for this specific location!!)

Room located in Flat 2F and is a very nice size and is right next door to the shared kitchen (kitchen contains a kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer space, large dining table).

-1 separate shared W/C (toilet+sink) on other end of flat and separate shared shower room.
Both kept clean and shared equally by the 5 other flatmates (4 girls, one male).
