My wonderful flat mate is sadly moving out because he’s bought a place just down the road and I’m looking for his replacement.

The room: Unfurnished spacious but cosy double room, in a two bed, two bathroom flat (yes, you have your own bathroom). Large windows and some built-in storage with separate storage for your suitcase too.

The flat: Third (top) floor above a convenience shop. The flat is on East Street Market, which is open 6 days a week during the day, and you’ve got the benefits of being near lots of open fruit and veg market in zone one! Open plan lounge/kitchen area with TV. North facing balcony with view of the Shard. Loads of gyms, pilates/yoga studios and Kennington/Burgess parks nearby.

The flat is 10-12 minutes walking to Kennington or Elephant & Castle station. Lots of buses that can take you to Waterloo / Blackfriars in about 10-15 minutes or you can bike it - I do love me a lime bike!

Current flatmate: 33 year old female working in the corporate world. I’m down to earth, wee bit boujee, bubbly personality and sociable. I love to cook, have dinner parties, have friends over for tea, travel quite a bit (there will be times you get the flat to yourself, i. e going to Singapore for 2.5 weeks sometime in April), I’m quite active - play badminton, gym and whatever else I’m trying to fit in 😅 love a wine, obsessed with food, watch terrible reality tv, chick flicks, documentaries etc.

Keen on keeping the flat neat and tidy for hosting. We’ve been sharing the cooking / groceries and would be nice if we can continue this. It’s nice having someone else cook for you too and not having to worry about it!

Alex is still finalising his last day but around end of March - 7th April.
