Hello everyone! I just want to say before you read, I'm not just looking for a transactional flatmate who is here to pay the bills for the next 6 - 12 months. I'm looking for someone who is kind and friendly and down to earth (and who likes dogs :) It's nice to share a conversation with someone and feel like you can actually go for a social drink together without it being awkward (that's not to say we need to be in each other's pockets). For me, it's about finding the right person to share with and not a weirdo (we all know they exist).

The Area
The apartment is set in a private mews just off Bermondsey Street which has been named by Time Out magazine as "one of the most desirable streets to live in London." It's a ten minute walk from London Bridge Station and More London. The area had a lovely community feel to it, and has loads of amazing restaurants, namely Flour & Grape, Jose's and Casse Croute. Third Space gym is also just down the road.

The Apartment and Room
The Colour House is an extensive flat set over two floors (over 1200 square feet). The bedroom (and apartment) are fully furnished with a super-king size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and it’s situated next to a large shower room with a bath and shower. There is another smaller shower room (which I use).

There is also another toilet downstairs.
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sofa is absolutely huge and can easily seat 8-10 people, in front of a 55 inch tv, with all the usual streaming sticks/ apps.

About Me (and who I’m looking to share with)
You will be sharing with me and my large fluffy dog called Bertie. He’s basically a couch potato, loves hugs and strokes - but generally lies around downstairs.

I run my business at home, so it would be ideal to share with someone who doesn't primarily work from home (even though the flat is large).
