Burgess Park and Kennington Park are a ten minute walk away and both are lovely parks with tennis and basketball courts. The area also has a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, gyms and leisure centres, and is currently undergoing an exciting regeneration so new bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces are being opened.
