Share with me, cat, 1 one other lodger.

There's a toilet and shower on the same floor as your room - you and the other lodger have almost exclusive use. There’s also a separate bathroom and laundry room on the same floor.

Your room has wooden floorboards, a comfortable double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, hanging space and desk. It’s a bright room with a large sash window and wooden venetian blind.

There’s a small, pretty back garden.

It's an easy-going household but I’m looking for a professional person who:
- is clean, tidy and considerate
- likes cats
- doesn’t work from home.

I'm a smoker, so if you want a non-smoking home this might not suit you.

All bills are included, but we take it in turns to buy cleaning materials, toilet paper etc, and we share responsibility for keeping communal areas clean.

The house is a short bus ride from Elephant & Castle (multiple bus routes close by – 12, 35, 40, 42, 45, 68 etc), or it’s a 15-minute walk to either E&C or Kennington Station.
