We have a spacious top floor double room available, from the 23rd January, in our four-storey five bed Victorian townhouse.

Rent is £700pm inclusive of council tax, with other bills coming to around £60-80.

Our house has a big living room, two dining rooms, kitchen and large leafy garden. It's in a great location in the heart of Camberwell - just between Church Street and Brunswick Park. It’s close to Burgess Park and Denmark Hill station with great bus routes into the rest of town.

We are Lucy (she), Fox (they), Billy (he), Suzanna (she) and we all work in the arts. We’re looking for someone aged 30+ (no couples!) who is looking for a calm environment and something long term. LGBTQ+ friendly. Cats welcomed :)
