The room is a double room with a big south facing window and access to a balcony. It has two big wardrobes and built in shelf space, and comes furnished. You’d be sharing with two flatmates, both lovely, and sharing the bathroom with just one. The shared kitchen has a washer and a dryer. There is no shared living room in the flat.

Location is amazing, great transport links to all over London and right next to lots of nice areas. The landlord is very easygoing and responsive. I have lived here for over 3 years and loved it!

Ideally you are a student or professional, someone respectful and easy to get along with. The current flatmates both tend to be busy and out and about. They enjoy spending time together but also respect eachothers personal space, and keep the shared spaces clean.

Bills: currently monthly we are paying council tax at around £30-40 pp, electricity + heating £20-30 pp and internet £10 pp.
