Hi! We’re looking for a lovely girl to sublet an ensuite double room in our lovely Bermondsey house from December to March. The room gets loads of light through the two windows, and the bathroom is nice and roomy.

The price is 950 p/m all-inclusive for the months you’d stay with us, but we could discuss wiggle room.

We’re a four-bedroom house- each room has an ensuite and there’s a spare loo downstairs. We have a big living room and some outside space, and a great modern kitchen. The whole place is furnished, and we have a washing line and parking. The house is brilliantly located, a few minutes from Burgess Park, and close to buses, Old Kent Road, and 3 minutes’ walk from Tesco superstore. It’s ten minutes’ bus ride to Elephant and Castle, and Bermondsey station is twenty minutes’ walk away.

We’re looking for a girl who’s happy to have a chat and tv evenings, but we respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re young working professionals looking to live with a likeminded girlie. Two of us work in the environmental sector, and one in social projects. We enjoy a glass of wine and movie nights in, and an occasional night out. Between us we have loads of hobbies and interests so let us know if you’d like to know anything more about us.
