Hello! I am leaving London in the first week of December and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Elephant and Castle from the end of November/beginning of December until the end of the contract in August 2025. The flat is cozy, very well located and fully equipped, we've put a lot of care and love into its decoration.

The room itself is spacious and has access to natural light in the mornings. You’ll be sharing with two fantastic female flatmates, Antonia (Teacher) and Nicole (Events manager) (23 and 27 respectively). The atmosphere in the house is very sociable which creates a warm, friendly environment to live in, much more than just a place to crash for the night. They’re also respectful of their own social lives and space, so it’s not a party house and rest time is valued and prioritised.

The location is one of its biggest assets, the house is located in a very central area and it’s privileged to be in a very quiet street with a green corridor in front (protecting it from traffic noise). It is a 5-minute walk from Elephant and Castle underground station and also has immediate access to plenty of buses, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
