Fantastic location. 10 minute cycle to central London and 5 minute walk to oval and vauxhall stations for the northern and victoria lines. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Surrounded by parks e. g. Vauxhall pleasure gardens, Vauxhall park, Kennington park.

Large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of light and large windows you can fully open. There are two storage rooms off the hallway. New fridge and cooker. Includes a washing machine but no dryer.

I’m moving in with my girlfriend and need someone to take over the flat until the end of the notice period (15th May). You will be living with one other flatmate, Adam. He is interested in music and cooking (vegetarian) and works in tech.

If you would like to stay longer than the notice period, you can take over my contract - the owner would like a long term tenant. However, you would have to pay the full price of £1000 a month (or negotiate down with the landlord).

Bills are around £125 a month per person.
